June Lee Miracle (née Woodward), age 86, passed away peacefully at home on November 16, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky - the same city she called home throughout her life.
She was the daughter of Earl F. Woodward and Verna Lee Woodward and shared a close bond with her sister, Carol Ann Long, all of whom preceded her in death.
She is survived by her beloved long-time partner, Michael Mulligan; two sons—Bill Miracle (and his wife Cathy) of Florida, and Tom Miracle of Louisville; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She cherished each member of her family and made sure they felt loved.
June Lee was full of southern hospitality, with an innate ability to make people feel at ease. Her radiant smile and impeccable sense of style were hallmarks of her presence—graceful yet approachable. She always spoke with a spark of joy in her voice and if she was ever down, you wouldn't know it.
To honor June Lee's wishes, there will be no funeral service. Her family invites those who knew her to celebrate her memory privately in their own way.
May the memory of June Lee Miracle bring comfort to all who were touched by her kindness and love.
